Take a proactive approach to living a healthy lifestyle by participating in our health screening event. Premier Community Health will be offering blood pressure and hemoglobin A1c to community members, at absolutely no cost. Screenings are available to anyone 18 years and older. Walk-ins only. No prior registration is needed. Join us today to make a difference in your overall health and well-being.
