Premier Health offers group exercise for individuals with Parkinson's Disease. The Parkinson's Wellness Program is an evidence-based fitness program designed to empower those living with Parkinson's Disease by optimizing their physical function and delaying the progression of symptoms.

Please Park in the rear of the building, on the top of the “Lakeside” upper parking deck. Enter via the automatic doors. Upon entry, make an immediate turn to the left of the information desk. Enter the Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine Outpatient Clinic. Once in the clinic, turn right at the front desk, and walk past the restrooms (on your right). Pass through the automatic door, and look to your right. You will see a classroom with glass windows, where class will be held. A class instructor will be present to help direct you where to go.
