Parkinson's Wellness Program

The Parkinson's Wellness Program (previously Delay the Disease) is an evidence-based fitness program designed to empower those living with Parkinson's disease by optimizing their physical function and helping to delay the progression of symptoms. Program is held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, Sept 10, 2024-Dec 3, 2024 (24 classes total). Class times are 11:15am-12:15pm OR 11:30am-12:30pm OR 12:45pm-1:45pm. Participants will be assigned a class time based on their pre-assessment.
