MVH Understanding Your Newborn
Babies don't come with directions, but this class gives new parents the how to's of basic infant care and parenting skills for navigating the first weeks and months of new parenting! First time parents are encouraged to attend. Content includes tips and tricks in caring for your infant, with hands on practice including swaddling, burping/feeding, changing diapers, and bathing. Infant CPR and choking maneuvers included.
