Understanding Birth Childbirth Preparation Series

This two-week series provides in-depth preparation for your birth experience. It focuses on learning comfort measures, relaxation, and breathing techniques, as well as what medication options are available. Medical interventions and Cesarean Section are also discussed. This class does fulfill the Family Beginnings requirement, as natural birthing techniques are highlighted. *PLEASE NOTE: class is on both 05/02 and 05/09 from 5:30p-9p.
