Understanding Birth Childbirth Preparation

This one day class provides an in-depth preparation for your birth experience. The focus is on learning comfort measures, relaxation, and breathing techniques, as well as what medications options are available. Medical Interventions and Cesarean Section are also discussed. This class does fulfill the Family Beginnings requirement, as natural birthing techniques are highlighted. Please dress comfortably as we will be doing relaxation exercises during class.
