With an E-Visit, how quickly does a patient receive a response about their issue?

Patients start the process of an E-Visit by filling out a questionnaire within their personal MyChart online portal.

Typically, patients will receive a response to their E-Visit request within one business day.

That time is not guaranteed, however, on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Weekend requests should be responded to by the following Monday.
