Excellent experience

This was my last appointment with Dr. Hicks. He is the best and his staff couldn't be more helpful or friendly. I would definitely recommend (and have recommended several times) that anyone needing a plastic surgeon they should see Dr. Hicks.

Dr. Hicks basically told me that he would cut an area out of my face then he would sew it up and I would have a scar. He said the left side and right side of my face would not look the same and there was nothing he could do about it to make it better. Somehow that sounded uncaring to me and my husband.

i had to cancel the first appointment for my father unexpectedly at the last minute due to my father's condition. it was a pre-op consult. The office staff was very understanding and worked me in the next week so that the surgery did not have to be cancelled/postponed. When we arrived they took us back within 5 minutes and we were done quickly. Everyone was very polite and helpful.
