Dr. Heck has the best demeanor of any physician I have ever had contact with. He is thorough and kind at the same time. He is able to talk with you and give you a positive attitude.

Building elevator may be new, but it is very difficult. Arrived at lobby floor on its way down, but I didn't get on because I was going up. Then elevator didn't stop at lobby level on way up!

I feel as if the doctor saw me as a walking dollar sign. For a 10% chance if developing breast cancer, what he recommend was extremely drastic. Oh, but it will lower my chances of developing breast cancer by 90%. I already have a 90% of not developing breast cancer. I'll be getting a 2nd option Thank You very much.

Everyone was very kind, compassionate and professional.

He was informative but I still have to deal with the pain with no answers other than it is not cancer. He mentioned meds had not changed but doses had changed.

From Lakeside, the sign board by the elevators did not list Gem City Surgeons. There was no one at the information desk. Had a blank and couldn't remember which floor or suite number for Dr. Heck. Suggest adding this information.

I love Dr Heck. Premier is so fortunate to have him. He is so thorough. He has excellent bedside manner. He's very personable. He always patiently listens to my concerns and makes sure they are addressed. He documents everything well. He always immediately places orders and his staff is phenomenal on following up. When test results come back he is right on top of it.

I really like Dr. Heck and his PA trainee. Their presence and their way of answering my questions was very comforting to me.

The friendly staff is a pleasure to work with and Dr.Heck is a wonderful person who is compassionate and thorough in his explanation of how to do self care & previously before surgery to answer any questions.
