The medical staff from the 3rd floor she was coming to work seen me getting out of the car in crutches. She asked if I needed help and went inside to get a wheelchair and wheeled me to the 3rd floor, misty mannuel officer, another receptionist wheeled down to the car. A true blessing. I want to thank Misty Manuel and her staff for going out of the way for thier help.

The only way to get an earlier appointment was to log onto the web site just after midnight to see if you could find a cancellation opening that you could use for a sooner appointment. Medial team is booked out too far.

The receptionist did not introduce herself, I had e checked in but had new insurance and job, was not asked to fill out any paperwork , my provider overestimate test results and my insurance says none on file which I asked the front desk about twice !! Misty was great as always !!

Not good. The computer system was down. We had an abbreviated session. Misty did the best she could do without the benefit of the computer. I am to go back in 6 months for another check-up.
