I love this practice and my doctor. I've been having some issues with my blood sugar. Dr. Eakins really takes time to listen and help me find answers. A Nursing Assistant also spent time going over some information that was so helpful. I'm very happy there and very glad I found them.

This was a New Patient Visit and I'm happy with my decision.The glowing Google reviews don't do her or the practice enough justice. She listened, explained things patiently and she Saw and Heard me.

Everything was fine except i run about 15 mins late & the ladies at the front desk were not friendly

Dr. Eakins was very nice and made me feel at ease. Very easy to talk to. Initially was a little apprehensive since this was my first visit but she made me feel comfortable. Liked her personality.

Happy the office was able to get me in via teleconference the same day..And very Happy that Dr. Eakins is back..

The past two times I have had the 7:30 am appointment. Like this time as going to work it doesn't make me as late. The problem is, I get there by 7:20 and they tell me the doctor is not there yet. I sit in the waiting room and it's usually between 7:40 to 7:50 before they even call me to come back there. Then I sit in the exam room for 10 to 15 minutes waiting for the doctor to come in. My appointment is 7:30! Why are they not running on time? This defeats my purpose of having the early appointment so I can have time to get to work. My time is just as important as the doctor's and I would appreciate them being on time!

My Doctor is exceptional and it's a relief to finally find one. I hope she know how much she is appreciated. The staff is wonderful as well.

I don't like going to doctors but I will go back to Michelle Eakins if necessary.

Always concerned about me as a pstient

The receptionist was oddly stubborn and obstructionist and kept insisting that my only option was to call at 7 am for a same-day appointment, but I was able to get appointments and refills easily through MyChart later. I appreciated my doctor being so flexible and available since she knows that family emergencies have kept me from being able to schedule appointments ahead of time.

This was my 1st appt with Dr. Eakins and I felt every comfortable with her and she took her time with me and listened to ALL my health concerns and has ordered test and labs to look further into my concerns.

I had not been to the doctor in years. I have never felt more comfortable than I did with Dr. Eakins. She didn't seemed rushed. Listened and was so caring!!!
