Lindsey was rude and judgemental . I came to her with pre ordered labs from another provider and she expressed to me " how frustrating it is for her to have to do clean up from another persons Labs". Additionally she said it was frustrating that as a parent "you would do this to him " . I can assure you my goal as a parent is my child's well being . Lindsey was clearly irritated and unwilling to have a discussion around my concerns . We will not see her as a provider again. Additionally , she lacked professionalism. Despite her feelings she was rude and demeaning . I wasn't there to solicit her feelings rather factual medical information, yet she cared to not provide that well and instead displayed an attitude of irritation and unwillingness to listen. I would not recommend her or advise others to see her . We have a right to solicit facts as parents for care via labs not ordered only by her .

This provider was friendly, knowledgeable, and was truly present during the visit. My kiddo liked her and felt comfortable with her.

She was attentive, kind, and thorough. I also asked her a question through MyChart later and she was prompt and helpful.

We had never seen Ms. Jones before today and I would not hesitate to schedule with her again. She was thorough, helpful and matter of fact. I felt comfortable and more importantly, my son felt comfortable with her as well.

The services that my daughter receive from NP is excellent. Doctor and the staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my daughter's health and care. I would have no qualms in recommending them to friendly and friends.

The nurse and doctor was very rude asking me if I had talked to the gi doctor about her symptoms that she was coming in for and being rude about it thinking I didn't need to be there at all. What is the point of having a doctor. My daughter ended up having a fever that night and had strep Throat and the symptoms was there all the doctor did was do a xray of her abdomen which I didn't get a call back about for 5 days.
