I was very anxious about this appointment and Dr Porter was great at easing my fears.

Dr Porter did an excellent job of explaining the details of my problem and listening to me. I would recommend him to anyone!!!

My experience with Dr. Porter was great. He was friendly, not in a hurry. He explained everything very well. He made eye contact and listened to my concerns. At the end of my visit he offered a prayer. That meant a lot to me as a human being. Most times the patient is hurried a long so the provider can get to the next room.

My total knee surgery was postponed the day before my scheduled total knee replacement because Dr. Porter wanted an EKG and to see me in the office so they had to cancel my surgery the day before surgery which was a very huge disappointment and I was extremely upset. That being said, they worked me in 2 days later and I got my EKG and he gave me clearance for surgery. There has got to be a better way so this doesn't happen to anyone else like it did to me.

First visit with New Cardiologist. My previous one retired during Covid-19. It took a long time to find new one and get appointment. Ann was a helpful and efficient receptionist. Assistant who took Info and did EKG in the office was helpful. Doctor Porter was thoughtful and thorough as he answered all my questions and ordered echocardiogram. He went over meds and changed one which only covered 12 instead of 24 hours. I have a return visit scheduled.

Dr. Porter was an amazing practitioner who listened, gave me the time we needed to review my sx and concerns, and discussed things in detail. I felt good about the plan and care going forward. I was touched that he asked to pray for me at the end of the appointment. I am not religious, but during a stressful and unknown cause health event, his care for me as an individual calmed my nerves and made a perceptible difference in my worries and fears. I greatly appreciate his care and patient interactions.

Apparently provider was over scheduled resulting in at least 30 minute wait. This is not on the provider but the scheduling department

Entire visit was excellant. Dr. Porter answered all my questions in English (not doctor-speak). This was prep for heart valve replacement so I was nervous but Dr. Porter eased my mind about all me issues. Thank you to the entire team.
