Great office 99.999 percent. Only problem I ever have is getting Lunesta insurance yearly certification on time. There seems to be a communication gap there or something and it gets missed. I rely on them to keep track of when it needs to happen and manage that. Perhaps an alert might help?

NP HOLTKE is an extremely competent individual in my opinion. She arranged a CT scan for me for three (3) hours while I was in her office. She arranged for blood draws immediately too. I am very happy with her work with me, this is the second time she has treated me.

NP Holtke is always so helpful and takes time to explain things. I fell I'm in great care with her.

I got my appointment within 1 hour of when I called. I got in 10 minutes of when I got to the office. I was on my way home 37 minutes of when I saw the nurse practitioner and also had an x-ray taken.

Leslie is great, she listens to my issues. She explains things in a way I can understand. She gives helpful advice. She never rushes you or makes you feel uncomfortable. And she has a wealth of knowledge. I am very happy having her for my doctor.

Nikki had a Nurse Practioner student with her who was very sweet and I enjoyed talking with her.

I came for a follow up about my back but I had several things I wanted to talk about. I was a little surprised because I didn't need to bring them up because she did. One thing was my blood pressure and she addressed that first.

The office staff, medical assistant (I think that was her title), and provider were so wonderful - I feel like I was listened to, my concerns were taken seriously, and I got the care/medical attention I needed. I didn't feel dismissed or rushed through my appointment, like I have with other providers I have seen in the past.

My visit yesterday was a waste of time due to the nurse practitioner wasn't able to do what I needed done. I have to go back today to see the doctor because I need an injection.
