Dr. Ruff has taken me as a patient after my long-time physician retired. I came in with an ear problem which has been creating some balance issues. We had a very good conversation as to what was going on & what changes to look for that may need further attention. Dr. Ruff was attentive & made me feel very comfortable.

Dr. Ruff has always been thorough in his examinations and ask questions and listens to the answers. Asking a question via MyChart, it's not uncommon to receive an answer in 30-60 minutes. My wife and trust the treatment Dr. Ruff prescribes.

Dr. Ruff is amazing. We have been going to him for years, and have never had any issues. His nurse is also always kind and efficient! The person who answered the phone and scheduled our appointment was great, and got us in quickly for an appointment, as was the person who checked us out. The only issue we had was with the person who checked us in - she was pretty rude. She may have been having a bad day, but I didn't enjoy our interaction with her.

Hello, I would just like to say that I have been going to this SureCare Health center for years. Never, and I mean never have I ever felt disrespected or unwelcome. Everyone from the the receptionist, nurses to my own Dr. Ruff has been extremely efficient and excellent. Whenever there is something wrong or something of concern I know my needs can be met with a simple visit to Dr. Ruff. He is the most professional and proficient doctor I have ever encountered in all my years of any medical treatment. He does simple examinations and I feel as if patient care is always his top priority. He is kind, genuine, and inquisitive. I believe strongly that he deserves a raise. Y'all are blessed to have such caring physicians like him in this field.

My experience was excellent. I'm getting ready to be retired and changing coverage plans. I got all my questions answered about my care as I transition. We talked about healthy strategies moving forward and the importance of staying active and having meaningful things to do in retirement.

Dr. Ruff is the greatest. While very thorough and comprehensive, talking to the doctor is like having a conversation about how everything is going healthwise rather than having a clinical evaluation. We covered everything I felt we needed to discuss and then Dr. Ruff added a few extra thoughts on how I could improve my overall health.

I have had to use the services on the organization three times and the past six months... the first two were taken care of to my complete satisfaction. The third is being handled to my satisfaction but is not over yet.

Dr. Ruff and the staff at Sure Care are amazing! I do, however have a suggestion (definitely not a complaint!) Dr. Ruff ordered a stool sample collection that I had to do at home. All supplies were given to me by the medical assistant (the stool/urine hat for the toilet, specimen collection containers, gloves, etc). However, when I asked for a bag to carry them out, none were available. I had to openly carry the supplies and anyone who saw me then knew I was there for bowel or urine issues. This was embarrassing. In order to protect patient privacy and dignity, it would have been nice to have a bag that would have allowed me to leave with the supplies discreetly.
