Best doctors and staff I have seen in a long time. Really good people here.

The time that we were to be in the office - the door was locked and we could see no one in the office - we had to stand in the hall probably 15 minutes to wait for someone to come to unlock the office door.

It was a very positive experience

This visit was supposed to be a teleconference was on Tablet waiting and got a phone call ask how are you OK good bye very unprofessional on your part

We waited 20 minutes for someone to check us in but apparently they were short handed. Otherwise, staff was great and helpful.

Unfortunately my experience hasn't been the best. The provider has been professional and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately not being able to schedule my follow up in a timely manner has left me in pain for weeks and I ended up back in the hospital. Also they did not fill my prescriptions in a timely manner. Leaving me 2-3 days without prescriptions after making numerous calls to the office is unacceptable. The doctors and staff have been very polite.

Staff were very helpful and made sure I knew exactly what procedure would be done, listened to my questions. Same complaint as imaging, needs some good cleaning and updating of the common areas. Since we are all still nervous about COVID, some good housekeeping would seem to make us all feel better.

Need more info on test. She did answer questions but now have more.

Unfortunately, I am only thinking about this question, which I should have asked at the time of the appt - what can be done to help prevent recurring spasms every time I sneeze? It's disheartening, aggravating, and frustrating to feel like every sneeze is a setback.

The wait time was very good. I was seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time. The LPN was very kind & caring. Anne spent a lot of time asking questions, listening to me & explaining things clearly.
