My appointment was not in person as I cancelled because of testing positive for Covid 19. Felt I should not expose others. Dr. Thammavong talked to me, and explained Covid and the process of treatment. Prescribed medication and set an an appointment for two weeks to discuss the results of a CTscan that I had a few weeks ago. On line appointment went well.

Everything worked out fine I went away with a good understanding about my health.

Always excellent care

There were a couple of patients with the same first name as me. In the reception area, the staff members were calling for patients using the first name only. It would be less confusing to the patients if the staff would also use the last names when calling patients.

Dr Thammavog is the most down to earth and relatable physician I remember ever having. He and his nurse are quick to respond when I have a question or concern.

I enjoy my visits with my daughter there with me to be my ears (the doctor speaks a little fast for my hearing aids to comprehend). I really like Dr. Thammavong and seeing him at Premier Family Care in Union Village is so convenient to folks who live in Otterbein-Lebanon Senior Living facility. This was my first visit with this Doctor and he was rude and practically accused me of being a liar and drug seeker. I've been on this medication for years. I will never go to him for any kind of treatment!

Everything went well with this visit. The receptionist was quick to take care of checking me in and the wait time was short. The nurse was very helpful and the doctor is very good. He ordered X-rays of my hips and they were done on Tuesday. The nurse called in the late afternoon with the results. Overall a great visit.

Felt Dr was rushed this visit. I had a serious health question we never got to address as he was pretty much boom and out the door. Carpets out front at the very least need deep cleaned, sad when you can see the difference as pronounced where the 6' placements for covid were...

The team are the most caring people and I always get the health care that best suits my situation. The best thing to is my Chart to keep me informed on test results and appointment dates and future referrals with follow up after visits.

I need to lose weight. I have dieted on and off all my life and have not been successful. All that I was told is to move and 2000 calories. No other support was given. I know I need extra support to help me. So now, I am trying to find that help elsewhere. I was very disappointed and frustrated.

The checkin line is way to long need another person to help, was supposed to have blood drawn she said I needed to check out first wasnt going to stand in that line twice didnt get blood drawn I am thinking about finding another doctor due to checkin process and cant get blood drawn before you checkout I think that is ridiculous.

On time, friendly and caring staff, doctor listened and answered all my questions.

Doctor needs to take additional time to inquire about overall health issues rather than focusing on tests. An overall strategy needs to be developed - while good, the visit is very tactical.

This visit was done by video. There were no appt. times available. I needed a chest xray and Dr. T. ordered that when we were on the video call. I answered the questions about the people from the office who got me the quick video call. Then I got a covid test at Oberbein clinic and Dr. T was there and ordered a prescription for the positive test

You are always treated with respect and very polite , the receptionist always gets you checked in quickly , even when I have to get blood work. Dr Thammavong always takes his time when he is with you and takes the time to listen to me.
