When Does Flu Season Usually Begin and End?

Flu season in the United States usually lasts during fall and winter, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

It can start as early as October and last as long as May. Ohio’s flu season usually peaks in February, according to the Ohio Department of Health (ODH).
