Is cubital tunnel syndrome the result of overuse or direct trauma?

Cubital tunnel syndrome is not the result of direct trauma, typically. It's usually more so, the result of different structures in the elbow, putting pressure on the ulnar nerve. Either from posture, of the elbow putting pressure, or because of, kind of repetitive use or the elbow.
