Celebrate 40 Years with Us

CareFlight Air and Mobile Services completed its first patient transport from St. Mary's, Ohio in 1983 – the official start of lifesaving, critical-care transport in the Miami Valley. Today, CareFlight is the fastest fleet in the region, transporting and caring for more than 78,000 patients since that first flight.
