The PA that saw me was very thorough and knew all about my conditions. It was a very pleasant visit with Jason Tippie. I hope he is studying to become a doctor.

He did help me when he realized after an xray/ct scan that it looked like a kidney stone and suggest I go to ER to verify to get a referral if necessary. The ER doctor however, was unprofessional and I contacted him and said that I was right to be upset and offered to make sure I got referred to a specialist and if I did not get one to reach back to the office. So i did appreciate that. However my appointment got changed and pushed out further before I received this appointment and felt upset. But it works out that I finally did get in to see him and we are trying something to help the issues i am dealing with now.

I have to use a cane just having knee replacement. It's hard to find a parking place for handicap plus I'm blind in one eye .it's hard to judge distance, it's not fun. I'm thinking about just changing doctors. Upper valley is not the place for people with handicaps

Understanding and it was a good visit

the experience with Jason was good, front desk staff was not rude, however she also was not friendly. there were two people working behind her one I assumed to be the office manager complaining about getting a call when she wasn't due to be there yet or was just walking in.

Jason is very down to earth in explaining every thing that I needed to know. He did not push me to do something that I didn't need. Also said if I did need to get in again for the same problem, just call him right away.

I'm lucky to have Dr. Tippie on my health team he's a caring intelligent doctor. He always treats me with the utmost respect listens attentively to what my concerns are and treats me each and every time like a human being. I have nothing but good things to say about this man as I said in the beginning I'm extremely lucky to have him included in my extensive network of doctor's I see on a regular basis.

The suite number was hard to find. I'd recommend a sign at the foyer saying where the office is located. I had to ask another office.

The only issue was the time it took to get an appointment date.

He has a calm reassuring manner. He is very tall and I'm not. I appreciate that he sits down and is at my eye level. He has an appropriate wait time when he asks a question. He never seems rushed.

I have always been treated warmly and kindly by Jason and the staff at this clinic. It's nice to be treated respectfully and as an individual rather than 'another passing through.' It's bad enough to have a life altering disease so it's wonderful to not have the burden of being treated poorly with prejudged condescension.

I was given instructions on paper but had to call to ask where I was supposed to get the medications I needed. I called the office and they called the next day telling me they had been called into a pharmacy. I didn't know that. No one told me.

Dr Tippie took time to listen to my questions and concerns. Answered them all. He is very kind and caring about my concerns
