We addressed the issues, set up a plan of action, and set up the proper tests and follow up. Provider was very helpful with tip and will continue to to keep her appraised of any developments in my condition through mychart.

Nurse practitioner is very good at what she does, however, in the last three or four appointments I've seen the Doctor only once.

OMG!!! I can't express how impressed I was with the whole office staff in general!!! But seriously...Ms. Sharon rocks!!! She was MORE than thorough with explaining things to someone (myself) who is new to cardiovascular issues & answering any question I had. I totally recommend this office staff to ANYBODY who experiences cardio issues. I'm totally impressed! Thank you guys for a great experience and look forward to my next appointment!!! Sharon is much more than a mid level provider. She REALLY knows her stuff, has excellent "bedside manners", puts you at ease. In short she's wonderful.

I saw Sharon and she is wonderful. Always listens and is very good about teaching. I saw her because the Dr needed to reschedule and could not see me for at least three months after having the appointment for a long time. The girl at the desk checked me in. I was there for my finger stick then the Dr. She said both appointments and then she said I was checked in. I waited for a half hour then asked about it and was told I was not checked in. So, that was an unnecessary wait.

Was expecting to see my Doctor, instead I saw one of his nurses.

The provider put me at ease and addressed ALL my questions and concerns. She was extremely patient with me I probably took up her time but I felt much better about my overall health as a consequence of her patience.

I showed up at 1:00 for my 1:30 appointment, completed my check-in online. However, around 1:45 one of the staff behind the counter asked if I was waiting on someone (another patient), I said No...I'm here for a 1:30 appointment. She then left and returned to say, they would be calling me back soon.

Sharon was fantastic. as was the nurse who did the initial assessment of vitals and recording of medications changes and other health information. Finally, at this appointment - MVH/Premier updated the medications in the system to actually match what we bring each time :). Appreciated that very much.
