This is a good practice but they are so busy that they don't have space for timely appointments when there is a need. They refer to the ER instead.

I didn't feel that the provider knew much about my heart health history or my continuing smaller weight gain without a lot of fluid retention causing me trouble in the past with congestive heart failure. I did feel that she gave me information on taking extra Lasix during these times that I hope will be helpful.

Really didn't feel visit was necessary. Just took blood pressure, weigh in, history and questioned how I felt. All things my primary physician could do.

Too bad that I cannot schedule next appointment while in the office.

First time seeing this PA; it was a routine checkup but she didn't seem particularly interested, just said, "sounds fine" and "come back in a year"

I didn't need another appointment until one year, so it was too early to schedule that.

The only suggestion I would make is when a doctor leaves the practice the new person/doctor must provide new blood work orders in the computer system to alleviate any undo time loss waiting on orders. I'm sure this was a learning experience for her because she was awesome during my visit.

Appreciated Kathryn Streb for all her understanding and patience when I kinda lost it emotionally...lost my wife of almost 38 years suddenly to a heart attack...I was embarrassed but she didn't make me feel bad at all...very comforting

The wait was considerably long. One and a half hour wait from scheduled appt but she did apologize for the long wait.

I always schedule my appointments six months in advance, but rarely do I still have this appointment when the time comes without the date or time being changed at least once.

Temporary location (due to repairs on the usual one) was extremely difficult to reach, especially in a wheelchair. It required about 2 hours travel each way and risky wheeling on the streets without any sidewalks in that area.

Kathryn Streb is friendly and professional. She is thorough with her questioning and examinations. I highly recommend her for cardiac care.

I was charged $3,600 dollars for an appointment with a NP. It is outrageous. I'm scheduled with another partner in 3 months, both Drs, who I see sometimes is wanting a six month check up. I won't even have insurance pay those exorbitant rates every three months!

Friendly, professional, app't on time, GThe Nurse Practicioner saw me and was very polite, friendly and thorough..as was the tech who did the pre-stuff before actual exam follow-up.
