She takes into consideration when BP is high when I go there because of the distance I have to walk from parking area and also when I see a physician. I appreciate it that she takes my BP a second time after the first vitals and records the more accurate info.

The Nurse wrote down the wrong weight in the chart. The scale said 190, but the chart says 202. Medical records need correction.

My last 2 appointments were at 7am but Carissa and her ma were not even in the office. They were 15 -20 min late. I have to be on time for my appointment or I won't be seen and get charged but it's ok for them to take my copay for wasting my time because they can't come into work on time. The ma still was not there at the end of my appointment. I really do not care for the way I have been treated as a Premier patient. I would never have been seen by a Premier provider if my cardiologist that I love had not moved from kettering health network. Please make sure your people are at work on time.
