Premier Health: Free Lunch-N-Learn Event

Wednesday, April 11, 2018, Premier Health, Reach Out, and Jefferson Township Fire Department are having the last Lunch-N-Learn in their series: “Emergency Planning – Food”, at Fire Station #59, 7828 Dayton-Liberty Rd., Jefferson Township, OH, 45417.

Catholic Social Services Spring 2018 Events

Catholic Social Services still has several events available this spring. See below:

  • Quarterly Couponing Club – April 19, July 19, and Oct. 18 from 1:30 – 3 p.m.
  • Women’s Support Group – April 25, and May 23 from 10 – 11:30 a.m.
  • Coping with Demands – April 9, 1 – 2 p.m.

Is White Privilege Real? A Person to Person Conversation on Race

Saturday, April 14, 2018, 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., this event will be held at the Northwest Branch Dayton Library, 2410 Philadelphia Dr., Dayton.

This morning gathering will bring people of diverse backgrounds together. It will include viewing part of Tim Wise’s documentary “White Like Me” and sharing personal experiences with white privilege.
