Miami Valley Hospital South to Significantly Expand Services to Meet Growing Demand
$60 Million Project is Part of Long-Term Vision to Offer Quality Care Close to Home
DAYTON, OH (November 7, 2016) – Miami Valley Hospital South has expanded services to meet the needs of the community and provide access high quality medical care close to home.
The additional 170,000 square feet space provides a dedicated joint and spine center, six surgical suites, include two suites for gynecological procedures, and a cath lab.
Sports Medicine, Sports Performance and Hand Therapy have moved in the new space to provide support for the joint and spine center.
The center provides a full range of orthopedic, obstetric and oncology services in addition to a gift shop, retail pharmacy, Expressions of Hope Boutique (Fidelity) for post-surgery products and equipment and a beautiful reflective chapel.
