This free vaccine clinic operated by Miami Valley Hospital. Minors age 12 to 17 are only eligible for the Pfizer vaccine and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. There is no cost to you. Walk-ins will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis. No appointment required. Please bring a form of ID that includes your birth date, such as a driver's license. If you have insurance, bring a copy of your insurance card.
