Premier Health offers group exercise for individuals with Parkinson's Disease. Parkinson's Wellness Program is an evidence-based fitness program designed to empower those living with Parkinson's Disease by optimizing their physical function and delaying the progression of symptoms.

Please Park in the rear of the building, on the top of the “Lakeside” upper parking deck. Enter via the automatic doors, walk past and to the right of the Information Desk. Head straight down the hallway, enter the first door on your LEFT. Class will be held in the aerobics room immediately on your right.
