Theresa Busher serves as the public affairs specialist for the Social Security offices of greater Dayton and Springfield. She has worked for the Social Security Administration since 1993, and has experience with all Social Security benefit programs, including retirement, disability, and SSI. With her public affairs position, Theresa acts as a Social Security spokesperson, media liaison, and public educator.

Craig Cleveland, MD, is the Medical Director with Sunrise Treatment Center Milford location.  Previously, he owned and operated an independent medical practice for nearly 30 years, and he’s been providing addiction treatment services for the past 15 years.  Dr. Cleveland is a graduate of DePauw University and University of Cincinnati College of Medicine.

Ralph J. Conrad, JD, has nearly 35 years of experience advising business and individual clients in the areas of tax planning, estate planning and Medicaid planning. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Ohio Northern University, majoring in accounting, and has law and Master of Tax degrees from The University of Akron. Ralph is Chair of the Cincinnati Bar Association Elder Law Committee, a member of the Board of Trustees of ProSeniors, Inc., and member of the American, Ohio State, and Cincinnati Bar Associations.

Kelly S. Draggoo began her career with Social Security Administration in 2009 as an SSI Claims Specialist in Cincinnati. She has been cross-trained in most programs at Social Security including retirement, disability, survivor and SSI. Kelly is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology.

Paul Fiorelli, JD, MBA, is the Director of the Cintas Institute for Business Ethics at Xavier University, and a Professor of Legal and Ethical Studies in the Williams College of Business at Xavier. Paul was a Supreme Court Fellow, working on ethics and compliance initiatives at the United States Sentencing Commission and received the Thomas Clark Fellow Award from then Chief Justice William Rehnquist. Paul has received numerous teaching awards and he writes and consults on business ethics topics including corporate culture, motivations, compliance programs, and whistleblowing. He has his law and MBA degrees and is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional.

Christopher D. Freeman, JD, is a shareholder and practice focus on advising clients in a wide-range of tax, executive compensation and retirement plan design and compliance matters. He has extensive experience representing clients in disputed tax matters at the federal, state and local levels, and has litigated numerous cases in the Tax Court. Chris is a graduate of The College of Wooster, earned his LLM from New York University and earned the honor of cum laude from the University of Cincinnati Law School.

Karina Horton, CFP, CEPA, is a director of Succession and Exit Planning at Yellow Cardinal Advisors. She has over 20 years of experience and is an expert in advanced planning techniques for the transfer of personal wealth and family plan objectivities.  Karina is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati.

George D. Jonson, JD, is a partner with Montgomery Jonson and represents individuals and businesses in a wide range of civil litigation. He defends lawyers in professional liability claims; represents attorneys and judges in disciplinary proceedings; and advocates for candidates seeking admission to the Ohio bar in character and fitness proceedings. He represents public and private companies in a variety of matters, including breach of contract, business torts, non-compete litigation, disputes between owners of closely held corporations, and law firm/partner separations. For nearly 25 years, he has served as a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association’s Ethics & Professional Responsibility Committee and Fee Arbitration Committee and speaks regularly on ethics, professional responsibility, and legal malpractice prevention. He earned his BA from Miami University and JD from University of Cincinnati.

Kubicki, JD, is a partner with Katz Teller.  She brings experience in advanced estate planning techniques, extensive knowledge of tax planning and trusts, along with expertise in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions.  Margaret graduated magna cum laude from University of Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky University JD summa cum laude and LLM in Taxation from University of Florida.

Steve McConley is a Senior Business Transition Specialist with over 23 years of financial advisory experience with Wells Fargo. He serves on a national team dedicated to advising and preparing business owners for successful transition of ownership.  Steve earned a Masters of Business Administration from University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh and BA with double major in accounting and economics from the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire.

Candice DeClark Peace, JD, CPA, is a tax advisor in the Miami Valley office of Clark Schaefer Hackett and a former agent with the Internal Revenue Service. Her expertise includes minimizing the burdens of both entity tax and personal tax.  She is a leader in business transaction structuring, estate planning, and managing family transition of wealth and business ownership. Having been elected a shareholder of the firm nearly 35 years ago, Candy was one of the first women in leadership at the firm. She is a graduate of University of Cincinnati and Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University.

Bob began his legal career focused on intellectual property and estate planning.  He has extensive knowledge in advanced sale strategies, annuities and financial planning.  He is a graduate from Western Illinois University and JD from Loyola University in New Orleans.

Steve Wilson is chairman of the board with LCNB National Bank, former board member with Cleveland Federal Reserve and currently serving as state senator. Before his retirement as CEO, he had over 40 years working at LCNB. He earned is BA in finance from Miami University.

Scott Wren is senior global market strategist for Wells Fargo Investment Institute. With his expertise in strategy and guidance recommendations for global financial, real asset, ad alternative markets he often provides insight for national publications and interviews with major networks.   Scott began his career on the trading floor of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and has over 35 years of financial services experience. He is a graduate of University of Kansas and master of finance from Saint Louis University.
