I am so happy with my experience with lifestages. I will always use them. They are friendly and listen and make you feel like they really care about your health and well being.

I really like Dr. Kelly. She took the time to listen to my concerns and gave me suggestions. I felt very comfortable with her and I'm glad I chose to see her.

This was my initial visit and I was impressed with the PA's understanding of my Symptoms and her advice of a treatment plan. I have another appointment with her in 3 months.

The provider has helped me understand so many issues and gives me solutions or options.

Lifestages is great, but it's hard to get in right away, even when you are experiencing a lot of pain.

Katie is truly the very best at her job. She is caring, intelligent, and thorough. The nursing staff that supports her are excellent as well. They are very thoughtful and supportive.

I followed the instructions on the appointment reminder email I received that said to call if I had Covid. I did, but the receptionist did not seem to know what to do. It was also not easy to figure out how or who to message on MyChart. Eventually I messaged my provider who was great and she rescheduled my appointment as a telemed appointment. A simple MyChart link on the appointment reminder would have saved a lot of time for everyone.

Everyone who has seen me at Life Stages has treated me professionally and skillfully. They have explained procedures to be performed in terms I could understand.

I found out about Life Stages fairly recently and the two experiences with Katie Kelly were extremely helpful. She is a lovely person and easy to talk to. The staff were also very friendly and eager to help set up an appointment with a gynocologist since mine had retired. All in all very good experience. The only other thing I'd like to mention is that you need better and more signage throughout the hospital. Having had a year and a half between my appointments, I still have difficulty finding my way around and to specific offices and wait rooms. I encountered a woman as I was leaving and she felt the same way that there is a need for more signage.

It was unusual unlike the previous visit, but the wait was extremely long. Since mine was literally less than 5 min appointment it could have been like an email question and answer type of deal. Saved everyone time and money.

Kathleen was lovely. The only issue was I had to wait over 1/2 hour for a room, but the nurse and Kathleen both apologized for the wait which is appreciative.

I had to wait in the waiting room for about an hour, which was fine, but I had to go to the front desk to make sure I had not been overlooked. It would have been nice if that had been communicated to me earlier and why there was such a long wait. I understand the wait, I just would have like to have known.

The whole staff, from receptionist to nurse to PA, we're the best!

Kathleen was very informative and answered all my questions . She was very kind and considerate and understanding. Unfortunately, the pessary she fitted didn't stay in, but that wasn't her fault. I tired them before and they didn't work when I had this problem before. I will schedule an appointment to try another one today.

I was extremely satisfied with the overall experience with this office. I had to travel over an hour, because my local hospital no longer has a Dr, with this specialty. I was called back right on time, and Kathleen was very thorough, and took the time to explain things. I would defiantly recommend your office.

The BP machine did not work. This is a common problem at Atrium. The procedure room at hilltop Atrium is stark and intimidating for those not familiar with medical situations

I was pretty nervous and scared about the problem I was having but the staff was friendly and professional and set me immediately at ease. Kathleen was patient in educating me about what was going on with me and laying out my options and what would happen with me. I was put on new medication and she took the time to let me know what to expect, even possible side effects. I feel she took the time to gauge my understanding/my trepidation and nervousness with what was happening and I left your office much more relaxed and relieved thanks to her. I'm so happy I was able to see her and I'm switching my gyn care to your offices.
