Job Description

An exceptional opportunity for a board certified/board eligible obstetrician gynecologist to join a well established, successful practice, Magnolia, with a long history and strong reputation in the Dayton, Ohio community.  The ideal candidate is interested in the health and wellness of women, and is dedicated to quality care while meeting patients where they are in this pursuit. He/She/They can expect to join a group with a well-balanced mix of providers ranging from new graduates to >30 years experience. This combination provides an ideal setting of energy, innovation, experience and mentorship in all aspects of medical practice.  We strive to preserve quality of life with home call, nighttime phone call coverage from experienced triage nurses, opportunity to utilize nighttime laborist support, as well as autonomy in creating your office schedule.

The group currently has 4 physicians with plans to grow to 6 by the fall of 2022 for an excellent call schedule of 1:6.

The anticipated departure of a seasoned partner would enable the candidate to walk in to a busy, mature patient panel.

At 3 offices physicians are able to provide diverse services including:

• In office ultrasound
• In office procedures such as:  LEEP, SIS, diagnostic/operative hysteroscopy, and office urodynamics

4 experienced Certified Nurse Practitioners support our large office volume.

Access to hospital based services including:

• XI daVinci robot x 2 & SI daVinci robot x 2 with teaching console and extremely experienced robot support staff
• Strong gynecology operating room support with access to the most up to date tools required to perform the full scope of gynecologic surgery including but not limited to: CO2 laser, Myosure, Novasure, Hydrothermal ablation, and Ligasure
• Office EPIC EMR integrated with hospital EMR for continuity of care
• Streamlined consultation services from all subspecialties, including but not limited to: Gyn Onc, Urogynecology, MFM, Genetics, Anesthesia and REI
• Level III NICU and PICU
• In house 24/7 Anesthesia coverage
