This was first appt. and was pleased with outcome.

I object to the procedure this office has of not answering their phone. When you call for an appointment you have to leave a message and wait hours or sometimes days for a return call. This is unacceptable for a cardiology practice. This indicates that the providers do not care about the patient experience. I have never one time called the office and had someone answer in 8-10 calls over the past few years.

Everyone seemed to be especially mindful and respectful of me. Very polite and courteous. Dr. Abdallah also was friendly and outgoing. I feel as if we have known each other for a long time though it has only been a few years, as a relationship to your doctor should be. If it were possible, I wish we could spend more time together just chatting. Thanks for your expertise and professionalism.

Well, it was underwhelming. No mention of my first visit with all the tests. I told him that I gave up mowing my yard due to overwhelming exhaustion. He told me he had no idea why I would be experiencing this. Then he listened to my heart and set up a 6 month appointment. Do you have any other problems? No? Have a nice day.

Was seen quickly but then given plenty of time with my doctor (Abdallah).

Appointments with Dr Abdallah are always thorough in terms of the information exchange between Doctor and patient. I always leave with an understanding of the doctors assessment of my condition and our agreed to plan going forward.

The staff and Dr. Abdallah has always been the best. I have no complaints at all. My husband has been going also for years. I am in excellent health and do not need to go back for 2 years but my husband goes every 6 months.

Dr Abdallah is wonderful: expert, caring and friendly. He did not order a blood test because he had access to one I'd just taken. He doesn't request frequent, unnecessary checkups at this point but is thorough when I now see him annually. Highly recommended.

This office is both very friendly and very efficient - a tough balance to strike, but one that makes for a pleasant experience! It's almost a shame this is one of the doctors I need to see least often, since visits are so easy.
