Very good. My kiddo will feel better soon and my worries are diminished. Thank you.

Our visit was quick and to the point. Staff was friendly. The doctor listened to our needs. The waiting room was large and provided sufficient entertainment for children. My only complaint would be the cleanliness of the office. It could use just a litttle more upkeep. Other than that, no complaints!

I was disappointed with my daughters hearing test. They said she failed but there was a child throwing a fit and multiple adults talking that I think could have affected her ability to hear. I mentioned this and they did not offer to retest.

She was amazing and made sure I got her the care she needed and to go to children's but the test they did take was a false negative she ended up having rsv at children's but at the office she was negative

We really like the Pediatric Group. We see just about everyone and no treats us bad or anything else. We always get an appointment and I feel they listen and answer the best they can

I brought my son in for asthma to a walk in appointment. He was seen, evaluated, and treated quickly. He improved with treatment in the office and was given a prescription and clear instructions for care at home. I felt comfortable and safe taking him home after our visit. I appreciate the dependable and quality care we always receive there.

The doctor was very kind and carefully examined my baby and answered all my questions. She was awesome. However, the nurse was disgusting. I asked her if she could schedule check up appointments for my other children as well. But she only took one of the three appointments. She told me to make another appointments in the main office and she even sighed when she left the room. And while I was in the main office making appointments for the other children, she was at the desk next to the receptionist making a private photo album. Her priority seemed to be the photo album rather than the patients. I have never met such a rude nurse in this hospital. So I am very disappointed this time.

Ditch the masks. Cincinnati Children's doesn't even require them anymore.
