Provider seemed anxious to move on to the next appointment. provider did the normal stetescope check. But there is so much more to a physical. ex. checking the stomach, liver, etc. Checking the body for abrasions, sores, bruises etc. Checking reflexes for someone who has just experienced a stroke. etc, etc, etc.

I feel so lucky that I found PA Kramer. She is the best!

I see Dr. Laura Kramer when I visit this office and it is always a pleasure. She is incredibly personable which puts me at ease and incredibly knowledgeable as well. I cannot give enough praise to Laura. I'm very lucky to have found her.

Provider and clinic staff are excellent. Compunet seems to be a huge bottleneck. There was a pretty lengthy wait/line. Elderly also seem to struggle with the check-in process and many were getting really frustrated (at compunet)

I have referred multiple patients to her from family to coworkers. I'm most certainly impressed with how well she listens and responds.

Doctor Laura Kramer is very easy to talk too and answers all my questions. If l don't understand something she takes the time to explain it step by step.

It said to get there 15 minutes early. And I did. Then I waited a half hour. And the receptionist were so busy. It took awhile to ck in.

The hour wait in the way room was a bit much. Someone should have said there is a delay.

PA-C Laura Kramer has a sweet caring bedside manner. She looks me in the eye when she is talking and always explains things completely and answers all my questions. She even wrote the names of new OTC medications including generic brands on my summary sheet. I appreciated this very much. She just keeps getting better each time I see her.

I cannot say enough great things about Laura Kramer. She is without a doubt the best medical provider I have ever had. She is awesome. She listens carefully, considers the best course of action, consults you about her thoughts, explains things well, and while I never feel rushed, my appointments are always timely. I was the first in my family to visit her. I then brought my wife, then my two children, then a family friend and finally my grandchildren. She is incredible.

I've never been to a visit with Laura Kramer that wasn't informative about my well being. Laura is amazing

Laura is amazing! We had to switch offices after 20 years due to our doctor retiring so this was very nerve racking to say the least! Laura has made our family feel right at home! You can tell she and the rest of the office really cares!

I could not schedule my annual for next year. It would be convenient to be able to do that. Otherwise, completely satisfied.

All of my ER trips since Jan . I am finally getting an answer of what is wrong ! Thank you , Thank you .

Dr. Kramer is literally the best. I have never felt so entirely heard by any other doctors, nurses, or ANYONE. She always listens, asks about anything else that might be concerning me, always takes everything I say serious. I recommend her to every one that I possibly can. My mom goes to her and even she loves her. She remembers everything I tell her. Her bedside manner is the best as well. I will follow her anywhere she moves. She's my doctor for life.
