Dr Thomas Zink was very patient while listening to my symptoms. He followed up by having x-rays done, not just once, but twice after viewing the results of my knee x-rays and thought my hip was likely causing my pain. I was then referred for therapeutic hip injection. This physician is very thorough and quite genial!

Dr. Zink really takes the time with you to address your concerns and I feel like he truly, truly cares about his patients.

I could not be any happier with my experience in this office! EVERY single person greeted me with a smile! Dr. Zink was very kind and I felt that he truly listened as I was talking. He thoroughly went over my X-rays that were done in office that day by pulling up the images and showing me visually while explaining. As a new patient, I went from check-in, imaging, rooming by MA, seen/treated by Dr. Zink and then check-out and my visit was less than 1 hour! This office is not only efficient, they are informative, respectful and friendly! Thank you to all that were involved in my care yesterday!

Excellent doctor and staff

Staff was professional and friendly. Dr. Zink did an excellent job giving Mom her knee injection with little to no pain. Our visits have always been on time and we were taken back to the exam room with little to no wait. Office and waiting room were clean and conformable.

Being an established patient with this practice I can definitely say Premier Orthopedics is second to none in our area. In years past I've been to other Orthopedic Physicians and never had the level of care received at Premier.

Very good experience, everybody was very courteous and professional. Dr. Zink did a fantastic job explaining how my surgery would go and exactly how he would do it. Really put my mind at ease.

Dr. Zink and his staff were very pleasant to work with, friendly and communicated effectively. Dr. Zink was succinct in his diagnosis, gave pertinent solutions/information, gave research as to best medical practices going forward and was an active listener. I hadn't been in a hospital or had a doctor appointment in over 20 years and the doctor and staff made me feel comfortable.

I appreciated Dr. Zink's thoroughness & knowledge when explaining the results & COA for treatment. He was very attentive & listened to what I was experiencing, as well as took time to conduct hands on "tests" that only sought to verify what he already saw in the MRI.

I had a 7:30am appointment and they asked me to arrive early. When I did, they were very unorganized and a little rude until they were ready, which was after 7:30. Then when I went back, Ida also seemed unorganized and took a call from her daughter during my appointment, which ended up running late because the appointment started late, which wasn't ideal because I needed to get to work.

Dr. Zink took time to actually make sure nothing was worse then we thought... in the past I had a partial injury that was overlooked and then I tore the injury completely. I do not want to repeat that and I think the time the doctor spent with me makes a difference.

Very Profesional office from front desk to exam and back.

My appointment was rescheduled 3 times, the other doctor was not available anymore. I finally got in with a different doctor. He spent much more time with me, explaining my knee problems. The first person I saw did not discuss my X-rays or really talk to me, they just told me to work out/stretch my knee more. In this experience, the doctor talked to me and provided me with more answers to my questions. They listened.

Dr. Zink always takes time to explain things thoroughly. He answers all my questions. I have no anxiety about my surgery, for I feel he is highly competent. He and his staff are always friendly and respectful.

I completed the online pre-registration forms, then was given 3 more forms to complete when I arrived. There were several questions that were repetitious and are a waste of time and paper. Plus, I had just seen my PCP and given much of the same information.
