We were to go over blood test results. Provider comment she did not have results and I wondered why, because I had read them on MyChart before the visit. However, since we were discussing other issues, like refilling prescriptions, our conversation never come back to the test results.

Dr. Tipton is very professional and takes the time to listen to my concerns. She then provides different treatment plans and incorporates my feedback.

Jessica was fantastic but after I had my xrays completed, there was no follow up from the office as to what or where I should go next (need to see a Podiatrist) I called the office myself and followed up because I am in pain. There needs to be better communications.

I rarely have to wait for an appointment and the entire staff is courteous and friendly.

Very personable. This is my preferred doctors office due to quality, true common courtesy. Very good group of people. Couldn't say anything better about them.

Nurse practitioner is very caring... but not very open to alternative medicine or the use of essential oils unless they're diffused only. I do seek her advice and skills if I have an immediate need for it or for regular bloodwork.

They were so focused on one issue, they didn't seem to hear me when I talked about a lesser condition. But I got the major issue resolved.

I had to wait 35 minutes past my appointment time but would expect they would provide the time for my care if needed.

Friendly staff; rarely have to wait longer than a few minutes before going to exam room. Staff listens and answers questions.

When I told them what was wrong they had me come in right away.

I really needed an appointment several weeks ago, due to dropping blood sugars. I did not explain that to them because my Brookville office is in transition of NP ( again, since I started there about 3 yrs ago) I was waiting for my regularly scheduled 6 month check up. When Brookville office called to cancel my appointment, I told them it could not wait and I would need to see someone due to the low blood sugar issues. They, then offered Jessica Tipton appointment in Brookville office as she was filling in for new NP at Brookville. Thank you, thank you, Jessica for seeing me. This is helping to get me moving in the right direction ASAP.

The staff is always friendly and very caring and have my best care and results in mind. I appreciate them all very much, and highly recommend them.

My nurse practitioner had left and I saw someone different from another office. Hard to give info on someone filling in. The outside appearance of the office has gone down a lot this year. Landscaping is full of weeds, grass is kept mowed however

I filled out this lengthy Medicare questionnaire online and submitted it and then they asked me the same questions again at my office visit. Then my summary at the end didn't include my weight, height, blood pressure an oxygen read outs. All the things I keep track of. It was also not in my chart. The exam was a waste of time.

Always tries to work you in as quickly as possible

It was my first time using this provider and I will continue to use this provider. The nurse who took my blood work was so kind. My blood is never easy to get and she made me comfortable and did everything she could to to get it. I just wanted to give her a shout out for being so kind.
