Dr. Mayrand has been excellent and she takes good care of me. I feel that I am respected and listened to and that she has my best interests at heart. I told her yesterday that I feel like we are a team working on keeping me healthy:) She takes her time and explains everything carefully. The staff are helpful, efficient and pleasant. It's a great office!

Dr Mayrand actually listens and folks with ongoing problems need a Dr that can focus from month to month. Dr Mayrand has been the perfect fit for me. Very caring and compassionate. Very pleased.

Dr Mayrand is excellent! I made the appointment just to go over my medication and during our conversation I told her about other issues that had occurred and she spent the time with me to discuss what we are going to do. That was such a relief as I thought I was going to have to make more appointments. It is so nice to be able to have a discussion with your doctor without feeling rushed. Thank you Dr Mayrand!

I was the last appointment of the day and Doctor Mayrand took the necessary time to answer all of my questions and concerns.

Dr.Mayrand answered all my questions and carefully checked my medications to exclude one temporarily. The teleconference was a great way to receive care on this occasion. She was pleasant and professional.

Dr. Mayrand is outstanding- kind, caring , smart and easy to be around. She listens and we even laugh about things- I really appreciate her. She is really paying attention to all aspects of my health and gives me great advice.The office is clean and well run and the front desk people are top notch.

My recent visit was an e-visit. I got a response very quickly and prescriptions were sent immediately to two different pharmacies at my request because we were traveling. Dr. Mayrand is always attentive and gives great care.

The receptionist was hesitant to give me an appointment until I explained that I had a ruptured ear drum. Also, I had an issue with the pharmacy being out of the drug prescribed for my ear, so I called to inform the doctor and the receptionist wanted to know if I had checked other pharmacies? I didn't have a prescription or know the drug name, how was I supposed to do that? Dr. Mayrand called in a new drug.

Dr. Mayrand treats you as an individual and not a number. She is absolutely lovely. Takes her time and listens to everything you have to say. Then we both come up with a treatment plan together.

The Doctor is very easy to talk with. She is thorough and even though she is very young & I am not the communication was very easy between us. It's been my experience having many doctors over the years that if a doctor can't communicate with me it doesn't matter how much education & experience he/she has. She is an Excellent doctor.

Overall, my experience was good. However, the receptionist told me after checking in through mychart that she couldn't see it so I needed to fill out the paperwork again. Then, Dr. Mayrand informed me that wasn't true and I could stop after I was mostly done for the second time.

This is about the best doctors office you can go to in this area ,but they really hounded me about the bill and I wasn't even late paying it

Friendly and informative. I wasn't told in detail how I would get my blood test results, though. I just know to expect a call, but I should have asked if I could have a detailed print copy or something of the results.

Dr. Kelsey Mayrand is wonderful to deal with. She has a kind spirit and sublime morals. She is a good listener and need not to clarify what we say to her, also she is clear in her talk. We love visiting her, and our blood pressure decreases when she welcomes us with a smiling face and a beautiful greeting. Her nurse needs some skills in communication and be happy even fake happiness to comfort her patients and to reduce their BP not increase it, also needs to be patient and care when doing her job.

Dr. Kelsey is one of the few doctors I've met that takes my concerns seriously and she listens. My only frustration is that it takes a long time to get in (even for a sick visit) to see her. Understandable though. She's great.

Dr Maynard is a new physician for me after my doctor of thirty years had retired. We are getting to know each other. She listens and explains things. I think it will work out fine.
