Dr. Sadhu is the most caring and attentive physician I've worked with in a long time. She responds quickly on MyChart and always makes time for necessary appointments. I reached out yesterday with a positive covid test and a terrible sore throat. She fit me in for a telehealth visit that afternoon. Also, earlier this summer, she. Made a great recommendation for an OB/GYN earlier this summer. She is always there when you need her!

Dr Sadhu always listens to me and I never feel rushed with her. She takes time and you can tell she really cares about her patients.

Thought a discussion about test results was scheduled as a simple phone call, asked that it not be a Video appt and was then asked if I did not have video capabilities! Charging insurance for a phone call is unacceptable-in my opinion. Also the pre appt questions related to Covid and being outside the state, etc is asking over the necessary information for a simple phone conversation.

I have referred this provider several times. Excellent experience at each visit - attentive and thorough.

She is so through and listens carefully to any concernens I have

Dr Sadhu was great, however the rest of the process was not. I arrived at 10:15 for my 10:30 appointment, which was supposed to take 30 minutes. Due to extremely long wait times from being short-staffed, I did not leave the appointment until 12:15pm. Then I had to wait another hour to get blood work across the lobby. Overall I spent over 3 hours there, when it should have taken 1 hour tops. This was horribly inconvenient to my schedule, and also caused me to fast for 2 more hours than planned before my blood work, leaving me very dehydrated and hungry.

Dr. Sadhu is such a great listener and is so thorough in the appointment. The only downside is how long the actual appointment takes. I was scheduled at 3:30, arrived at 3:20, and was not called back until 4pm. Also when my appointment was over I had to sit and wait to see the nurse again to checkout which took another 20 minutes before she came back into my room. I missed picking up my kids from school and had to make other arrangements on the spot. Next time I plan to make sure I have at least 2 hours free because of how long the check-in and check-out procedure takes.

There was a mixup when scheduled this appointment. It was for a pre-op appointment and was scheduled for an appointment that wouldn't take as long. Between the nurse and Dr. Sadhu - they got everything that needed to be done and didn't make me feel rushed.

Dr Sadhu is over the top regarding in so many dimensions; in brief, she has always shown that she will take the necessary time and effort to provide the most professional attention and care.

Dr Sadhu is very attentive to your needs and takes time to go over all your concerns.
