Due to an insurance change I needed to find a new PCP. Staff were friendly and professional. Heather NP was recommended to me by a coworker.

Complete lack of understanding or compassion for patients extreme pain. LOne week prior, left hospital with four medications to combat Sciatica. Provider was only willing to write prescription for 1 of 4 medications prescribed by hospital, but wrote the prescription for a lower dose than hospital recommended and lower dose than medically recognized starting dose.

My New Nurse Practitioner Heather Branam was awesome and I'm thankful she's my doc!

My only problem is the phone system. It is often not functional and this is a years old problem. It is not the operators but the system itself. Needs attention. I never mentioned it before but should have.

Heather was very kind and immediately apologized for running a few minutes late. She seemed very interested in my concerns. She did recommend that I get an Xray and said she would pass this request on to the imaging facility. Fortunately I was able to get the Xray the same day. After obtaining the results she contacted me via MyChart and asked if I would want a referral to orthopedic facility to further look into my concern. I appreciate her quick responses to my concern!

Heather is nice but doesn't seem to want to help find the root of an issue. After struggling for almost a whole year with my weight she just told me to go to a functional medicine doctor and a dietician even though i asked for more tests to be done.

Heather is always personable, but also direct in regarding your care. She listens, asks questions when necessary and provides a treatment plan and provides explanations as needed. She is very trustworthy and makes you have confidence in her.
