I would have appreciated more sensitive language regarding my pregnancy - it almost felt like a negative appointment when we are extremely happy and hopeful for a positive outcome.

I've never had a bad experience at magnolia. I've seen I think 3 nurse practitioners and 2 OBs and they've all been great.

My previous provider had left the practice. This was my first visit with Lindsey and she was very personal, friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

Lindsey was absolutely amazing, i came in to get my nexplanon changed & i had told her about my previous experience with my last doctor & she was very calm & patient with me. i couldn't have asked for a better doctor honestly. she made me feel comfortable & very safe even tho i was nervous! & there was also a PCA there that was observing because she is becoming an LPN who was extremely nice & comforting as well who was kind enough to let me hold her hand. i will definitely be coming back to Lindsey for all of my future appointments.

The provider was great. She listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. The only thing that I want to mention that I didn't like is the timeliness. My appointment was at 3:00 pm and I was waiting in the exam room and wasn't seen by the provider until 3:45 pm. I was late for work because of the provider being late to the appointment. Also, the receptionist at the front counter was rude. She looked miserable. Maybe some coaching for her would help

I was there for a routine pap smear and recently found out I was pregnant. They automatically assumed I was going to use them for my maternity care and birth with zero research. I had gone with them for a pap smear based off of a recommendation from my PCM. Maternity care and birth is completely different. With zero questions they had me do a confirmation pregnancy test and put me in their system as a patient who would complete her pregnancy care there. I'm afraid I'll be cancelling all of the future appointments they pushed on me, and I'll be doing research on all of my options before I continue with care again.

I was able to book an appointment immediately and had the least uncomfortable Pap test in my life.
