Sara Berg, PA-C

First time seeing Sara Berg as my Dr retired there, her dad. She was great !!!

I was pleased to see through myChart, that Sara Berg, had several openings. Sara is personable, kind, helping to put patients at ease. Sara listens, answered all of my questions/concerns and quickly ordered both an ultrasound to check my knee pain, sent in an order for my pain, and ordered my allergy shot, too. I'm so glad she is at Springboro Sure Care, and with Premier.

2 sinus infections/strep a year for as long as i remember, and as of lately my dr and another dr at surecare want to argue with me about what it is, run more tests, and prescribe different meds. it always comes back to antibiotics fixing the issue, but now i have to get tests and argue to get the medicine that helps me. wont give me antibitotics, but will prescribe cough syrup with codine, and codine doesn't even work for me. will be moving onto a new doctors office.

Sara Berg was absolutely fantastic. Really a great PA - competent, intelligent, and empathetic! Thankful you guys got me in so soon. All at reception and check out were wonderful and helpful. She had a different MA that day who did seem to struggle however and miss a lot of things - perhaps just a new location for her or something.

Not crazy about being prescribed meds that have side effects that i already have issues with. And sorta trying to be talked into having tests I don't want everytime im there. I have my reasons for not wanting them it's somewhat intimidating. Overall I'm happy tho.

Sara was very helpful and informative. Her assistant did a very good procedure to clean out my ear wax. It was stubborn to remove but she was persistent!

While the front office and medical staff are "mostly" professional, the onsite lab draw leaves a lot to be desired. Twice my results were hemolyzed (never had issue in past) and missed a result which meant an additional blood draw.

I can say I definitely see a MUCH IMPROVED staff at the admittance desk. My husband and I have said for years that the only issue we ever had with Surecare was the receptionist and billing but the last 2 times I have been there they were excellant!

My PA Sara was wonderful the first time I had met her.

My visit was very positive but when I went to get my two prescriptions one was unavailable. CVS stated they called for a substitution but none was provided.
