I feel the dr needs to listen to the patient when they tell them when they tell them about there condition.

Staff was wonderful and very caring. Enjoyed the visit, sometimes going to the doctor creates stress, staff so caring and helpful felt good about the visit. Knew they would take time to listen and explain any concerns and they did. Great group of health caregivers themselves.

This was a good experience using telehealth especially for me since I am an older patient and driving places can be challenging.

Dr. Mathai and his Nurse are very thorough, kind, caring and understanding of my health issues. Dr, Mathai patiently listened to my concerns without making feel I was taking too long. He answered all of my questions and sent out a referral to a specialist for further testing. I feel like I am in good hands and have had a burden lifted off my shoulders.

told me to be there 15 minutes before my appointment, Ended up I was kept waiting for over a half hour. Saw doctor for about 5 to 10 minutes, Not a happy camper.

There was a lot of phone tag but as soon as we connected I received an appointment in a timely manner

My visit made very easy because all People were thorough, respectful, and very understandable.

Ask up front if you're seeing the doctor because of a work-related injury; inform the patient they can still be seen but there will be no filling out of worker's comp paperwork.

I will probably not see him again. He ordered no test. He did nothing other that give me medication.

The staff got me back ahead of my appt time, but after that there was a delay of almost 20 min

I had a telehealth visit and it would have been nice to have someone explain the process before the visit. Not just a few minutes before the call.

The Dr. was very personable and easy to talk with. We are hoping to receive help from him that is available.

Waiting time in the office was too long.

Appointment was supposed to be video but ended up as a telephone appointment. It's hard to contact the doctor. It wasn't until my prescription refill ran out that I was told I needed an appointment to get refill.

The doctor was most informative in his time with us.

There were no problems with visit other than the hour I had to wait. I don't know that he needed to but I feel he should have told me something about healing process or what to look for or at least tell me we were doing the right things. I guess I was just wanting more. Of what I don't know

Dr Mathai explained everything I needed to know. He ordered blood work and it was done the same day. He's very thorough.

He seems to not believe what I am telling him. Why I would make things up is beyond me. He has no explanation for my problems and really offers no interest. No empathy or sympathy.

Went there two times. I liked the doctor, but I had to wait 1 hour for him the first time. The second time I waited almost as long, at least 45 minutes (and my appointment was at 820am). Both times, no one came in and checked on me or said hey sorry it will be a little longer. Poor customer service. Wouldn't go back if I had a choice

I've been seeing Mathai for around 10 years and he has always been and still is very friendly, and has a smile for me. And his treatment to address my condition has given me better quality of life. He's so dedicated to his patients 100%. Thank you so much for everything! The receptionist and nurses are wonderful too, always so kind, and patient with me when I have trouble finding words to talk with them.

I am a new patient to this provider and considering my opinion. More to come in the future as I continue to engage with him and his office.
