Dr. Youssef is excellent. He listens very carefully and explains things well. He is professional and patient. I feel very fortunate to have him as my physician.

At my last appointment, which are three months apart, I showed up only to be told that no one bothered to do the prior authorization for my injections, that are scheduled every three months. No one called me to let me know it wasn't done and I was not able to get the injections and was told now I have to wait another three months before I can be seen again. Absolutely, ridiculous. This is the second time this has happened to me. Now, I am unable to be treated for my condition in a timely fashion, because someone dropped the ball. Dr. Youssef, however, is amazing and he is the only reason I stay at this location.

I felt like Dr. Youssef is competent in his field and provided helpful explanations and advice on available options of treatment for my diagnosis.

This was a great visit. Dr. Y is very attentive and always on schedule. I had a cheeseburger in the cafeteria which was custom cooked and it was great. I was amazed though that you didn't make sandwiches like grilled ham and cheese, chicken salad croissants, or have little pizzas. The selection was not very good. I guess there are some in the cooler but they were gone.

Dr Youssef had a great bedside manner. He was knowledgeable and informative. Spoke to me like a professional peer. I've already told my family and friends about him..if they know anyone who needs to see a neurologist, please go to Dr Youssef.

This provider is very thorough and very courteous.

There was a mix up with me getting my prescription after the appointment. No one was communicating back with me and that was frustrating. Took a long time (3 months initially) to get in to see him and the driving distance was 45 minutes plus for me which is a negative. The ones closer to me were a 6 month wait list and I needed to be seen.

Very professional, knowledgeable, treat you like a family member

I'm glad that I was able to understand the doctor and he spoke very good English. Everyone was very nice, and kind.

Everyone in the office was excellent and made me feel very at ease despite my anxiety around doctors and my migraines. They explained everything very clearly and listened to me.

Provider was very thorough. He asked questions to get a better understanding of my condition/symptoms. He also asked me if I had any questions for him. This lets me know he cares about me, the patient. And wants to address my concerns.

Am still awaiting a followup call to schedule a followup appointment as well as a mychart link

He is a very kind and understanding doctor

The only info I received was answers to my questions, which I would have more if he would have explained my condition better. He diagnosed me and sent prescriptions to my pharmacy. He didn't explain the diagnosis. He didn't offer any practical help. He gave me an appt 4 weeks away without any info for dealing with my condition in between now and then. I had no idea what chronic migraines means. I felt like I had to be the one to ask questions. His associate never spoke a word. I will try to set an appt with a different doctor next time.

He was very kind and understanding. My son was in the background crying and he did not seem annoyed or mad about that. It's always nice when your doctors make you feel comfortable.

Knowledgeable, respectful, friendly and I'm very comfortable and relaxed during the interview.

My only complaint is my original appt ended up being rescheduled after I sat and waited for an hour and the provider didn't show up. I felt communication could've been better that morning as I had no idea until the office called me back an hour later.

I was told to get on at 645, no one joined until 725 am........ I got no messages during that time on the delay....

Did a great job of explaining things several times and answered all questions thoroughly. Stated that he would help and also make arrangements for me to follow up with some other physicians.

Definitely appreciate going above and beyond, listening to all my concerns, and providing care suggestions. Very thorough in interactions and compassionate.

Dr. Youssef truly cares about his patients. He always listens and is willing to take into account what his patients think and feel. I have recommended him to a few friends who also suffer from migraines.

Dr. Youssef gave me information about my migraine problems that I really didn't know or expect, that what I had thought were seasonal allergies much of my life may have been migraine instead. That there may be a genetic connection and that I should look at connective tissue disorders and be screened and suggest that my family be screened. Thank you

This provider always renders the best possible service. All persons involved in care are professional and responsive to all my needs.

It took too long to make an appointment, approximately 2 months. Then a week before my appointment the doctor cancelled and I was rescheduled for a month later. This is too long of a wait when you are in pain.

Dr. Youssef was extremely nice and explained everything to me. I had a lot of questions and concerns and he handled all of them with patience and told me a lot of things I didn't know. He was easy to understand and didn't rush me and I left with a better understanding of my problem.

He was great. I won't know results for weeks so i cant really rate him yet but he was great if he actually gets rid of my headaches.
