I have never had a bad experience coming here in the years I have been a patient with Jennifer.

My only concern was that I waited almost 40 minutes after my appointment time to actually be seen.

Also the intern/trainee with Jennifer was also very good. Very pleased with overall service received during this visit. Thank you.

After having issues getting in to see regular MD or even to get someone to answer the phone, I very much appreciated getting in to see Dr. Phlipot. She was very concerned and professional about my medical issue.

I enjoyed the friendliness of everyone on staff. I felt less stressed on my visit. I am sure that any and all actions taken by the medical staff will be to assist in my aging status.

Jennifer was as always very professional, to the point and provided the needed info for up comimg procedures.

Went over test results. Was having coughing spells. Ordered prescription and then needed an antibiotic and was able to pick it up at pharmacy almost immediately.

This was my initial visit to this Dr. / facility. All the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I believe I will receive the best of care there, and will encourage my spouse to also schedule an appt.

Jennifer Phlipot listened to my questions and answered them completely. She was patient and didn't rush through the appointment. I will definitely be switching to her as my primary health care provider.

Very nice experience

My only complaint is that I was not notified that a blood test was ordered before my visit. I would appreciate some sort of notification. Either by phone, email or text.

they need to update their equipment. Using a spray bottle with lukewarm water does not get the job done. When cleaning ear wax. I left in worse condition than I went in. Now I have to go somewhere else, to get my ears cleaned.

Experience was wonderful. The only issue I had was when I asked about signing my other child up for mychart I was told by front office staff to ask when brought back to the room. I was confused why. They gave no explanation and just told me to ask in the room.
