Michael J. Robertson, MD

Dr. Michael Robertson seemed very distracted and disheveled. He gave incorrect medical advice and pushed very hard for a medication dosage to be upped for no medical reason. I will not be returning to Middletown Family Practice for the safety of my own health and I will NOT recommend this office to anyone. I would highly discourage anyone from seeking treatment with Middletown Family Practice.

I love these people. All of them. I've been going to these people for 17yrs. It's been the best of my life. I was military prior and you were a number. I have a name that they use. Very bless to have them.

I saw him at my scheduled time. With a UTI visit, that was important to me. I had other problems and he listened carefully and did some blood work to see what might be going on.

THERE WAS A VERY THING I LEARNED, AND THAT IS HOW MUCH THE DOCTOR CARED ABOUT HIS PATIENT, WHEN I HAD TO RESCHEAULD A APPOINTMENT BECAUSE HE NEEDED TO SPEND MORE TIME WITH ANOTHER PATIENT, THAT SHOWED ME THAT HE CARES ABOUT HIS PATIENTS AND I LIKE THAT, THAT IS A REAL DOCTOR. THANK YOU.

I am grateful that the doctor listened to me and then gave direction to find the source of the problem. He never says this is your new normal which makes me very pleased because that simply means the doctor does not want to treat the problems.

Everyone at this facility is kind and professional.

My Dr there is well with providing services for weight control and during followups.

I saw Dr. Robertson due to an acute illness and my provider was out for the day. He was so polite and made me feel comfortable during the visit from the moment he walked in until the end. He was patient and attentive.

Dr. Robertson is very nice and caring. He listens to me. However the people in the front need help. More receptionists and doctors need to be hired. The people in the front the receptionists are over worked and stressed. Leading to them being rude to me and my mom. Add a bigger desk if needed. To get and serve more people. Tell people to go to urgent care if the doctors are that over worked. I am tired of dealing with rude office staff. Dr. Robertson and his medical assistant are not the problem. The front is.

I absolutely love this group! I had been looking for a PCP. I saw several that I was not compatible with. A friend referred me. I've seen 2 physicians out of the group and love them both!! Very thorough doctor

Dr. Robertson was excellent during the visit and encouraging on my weight loss. He answered questions about my health and told me when I should reach out for additional support on a few issues. It was very helpful and I walked out feeling better about my health than when coming in.

I had an amazing experience during my appointment. I am a nurse so I have high expectations when it comes to other health care providers. The front desk, nurse AND doctor were all amazing. I have already recommended this practice to my family.

Excellent physician. Listens, asked questions, doesn't rush through the appointment. As for the practice, there are definitely not enough doctors for same day sick appointments. I had to try for three days!!

It's difficult to get an appointment sometimes right away. I assume it's because he is popular and also, he doesn't double book like I've experienced in the past. He always takes ample time with me.

Phone doctor visits are not very helpful, doctor had no idea how bad my condition was, or he would have perscribed antibiotics instead of just steroids.
