Her staff members are polite and efficient in interactions with patients and they ask questions and record answers carefully. Dr. Aziz completes thorough examinations and listens carefully to patients' responses to her questions. I have recommended this practice to several of our friends in the area because I trust Dr. Aziz and her staff to provide high quality health care in a comfortable environment.

Your appointment reminder system needs some work. I got two text msgs, two emails and two phone calls even though I verified the appointment on the first contact. If I verify in MyChart, it should stop all the other reminders from occuring

She's very nice, respectful and kind! But a question! When the insurance company is squeezing Doctors why does big brother see the need to also squeeze her! In the past if you didn't like a Dr you just changed! Now conglomerates are every where and frankly I resent it! You have pushed independents out and the little guy hasn't a chance against you!

Dr. Aziz is a competent physician. As she explained, I would be better served by another physician. I have had issues with prescribed medications, and wanted a dialog about those medications. This did not occur. I realize she prescribes what the BOOK advises and cares about the health of her patients. I just don't feel she has the time to deal with an outlier who questions side effects of prescribed medications. Despite what the BOOK says, every patient is different. Television commercials for new medications often state the benefits while also warning that SOME patients WILL have serious side effects like blindness, heart attack, unconsciousness, you name it. Fixing a cholesterol issue while causing low hemoglobin is problematic. I fell quality of life is just as important if not more so, than quantity of life.

Dr. Aziz is an inspiration and a wonderful doctor! Her staff is friendly and efficient. Excellent experience as always! Thank you for providing the best healthcare possible and being so genuinely kind!

I requested lab work to be done, spoke with the nurse and doctor about the requested lab work. All of the tests but basic blood work was left off the lab work,thus wasted a large amount of time to get the work done only to be told the requested tests were not put in. Now I have to spend more time time to try and get those tests entered plus go back again to attempt to get the tests done.

My doctor cares about my health They always tell me if i have sny problems anytime to call. I know that they would see me the same day

Another time I was very disappointed, because my well being routine check lasted less than 10 min: while the doctor was filling a computer screen, I was politely waiting and not interrupting her activity, but when she was done - my appointment was abruptly terminated even though I coudn't even ask important questions about my health.

I needed an appointment on short notice due to a reaction to multiple bee stings that caused notable swelling and terrible itching at 7-8 locations on my legs. The staff was able to get me an appointment immediately and Dr. Aziz quickly diagnosed and prescribed treatment for the stings.

She was so easy to speak to, kind, understanding. I didn't feel rushed, she made me feel at ease and listened to my concerns. She gave me a great health plan moving forward. She just seems like such a genuine, kind, down to Earth, caring, knowledgeable person and is an excellent Doctor.

I had BP issues that sent me to the ER I followed up with my Doctor. Months later I requested blood work only to find that my cholesterol is in the STROKE range. Blood testing should have been done sooner. Hopefully, I won't have a heart attack or stroke before I start medications.
