Trisha M. Strayer, FNP

I went online to schedule an appointment but I had to wait two months, so I let it go. The problem cleared up anyway.

Trisha answers my questions so that I actually understand what she is saying. She always asks if I need to discuss anything else and I never feel rushed. Trisha is great!

This was my first visit so had a fair amount to cover in the time allotted. Everyone was professional and friendly so that's a plus. Office atmosphere seemed positive and genuine that I could discern from my initial visit.

My last visit was a telehealth visit and the first time I had done this. Staff was patient and helpful. I was unaware, however, that I would need to be in My Chart. I was unable to get the mic to work on my phone, but once I used the computer to go to My Chart it was ON !

The Tele conference was done because I couldn't get off work to go to the office. I am so grateful that they did that to help me. The office always does a great job to get me seen in a quickly manner. They care.

I don't understand why my chart lists me as diabetic and I was told to get diabetic foot and eye exams. I have never been told I am diabetic

Ms. Strayer explained test results and answered my questions regarding results. She listened to my concerns and offered options for follow-up treatment. As in the past, Ms. Strayer was professional and friendly. Her nurse Jessica is wonderful.

Well the visit was good but before the visit I had a problem and couldn't get in to see the provider or anyone so I had to go somewhere else to get help which I hope never happens again but my visit was very professional

While no blood tests were ordered by this provider, she did examine the tests provided via another provider and gave insights into what was happening in my body
