The wait time to actually see my provider was long. My appointment was at 2:15, I was brought to the exam room just after this time, but other than being checked in by the medical assistant, I did not see my provider until nearly 3 pm. This could use some improvement.

Victoria is amazing and has always treated me with respect and kindness. She is the best. Her medical assistant is absolutely amazing. And her skills at drawing blood is awesome. Didn't feel a thing.

My visit was a great experience. I called at 7:15 and had an appointment by 8:30. Did not have to wait. Was treated and out of there by 9:00.

As a new patient, I was imp with ease to make an appointment, the front desk staff and my chosen provider. It is reverse to know they have same day appointments too for ill esses.

Provider provided ways to reduce symptoms after ensuring I did not have a bladder infection. Medical assistant has been there a long time and was excellent as well.

Tori is great, I feel well taken care of. There are things I need to keep tabs on and having 6 mo check up helps me keep track and try to improve. She makes it less of a 'chore'.
