Dr wouldn't let him come to the office because wife had COVID and he tested at home and has COVID

Sometimes I am not able to get in as quickly as I would like, but it is always worth the wait. I do not trust my health to another group of doctors. The physicians listen and help come up with a plan. They help me make the best choice for my health. That is really important to me.

I really appreciate the entire staff here, everyone is very friendly and professional, and I especially appreciate Dr. Eppley. I could not ask for anyone any better to be my doctor.

For me, there were too many appointment reminders. Being able to do the pre-check in online made everything easier. From the time I walked in the door to the time I left the whole place worked like a well oiled machine. Dr. Eppley seems to know me even though I only see him once a year.

Dr. Eppley's nurse took it upon herself to find a medication for which I had called five different pharmacies to locate. None had it. While I was with the doctor, she found a pharmacy that did have it! That is going above and beyond!

I've been with this Doctor for years. He always listens to my concerns and doesn't make me feel rushed. The nurse however, on this day was not my favorite and did not have very good bedside manner. When she took my BP I had asked if it was okay and she made a face and said "ehhh, it's okay". Seemed to be in a rush to get out of the room and not worried about my concerns at all. I would have appreciated her waiting a few minutes and taking it again to ease my mind. Taking your time and really understanding a patients history and triggers is important. While asking me the questions as to why I was there for my visit she was very monotone and seemed to have wanted to be anywhere but there. Luckily, that is not how my doctor is.

Dr Eppley's appointments are scheduled out weeks. Can never get in with him in timely manner. This is frustrating because our family has been patients of his for so many years. Have sometimes even had to go to urgent care for illnesses when we needed to be seen that day or next day. Thank you.

It was nice friendly everybody has a good attitude and I've been seeing this outfit here since it was in Monroe back in the late 60s with Smith and Anderson

The staff and Dr. Eppley are very professional, courteous, understanding, takes time to listen, explains in detail any questions. This is very appreciative and why I stay with them.

The staff at Monroe Medical Center is always warm and welcoming. Never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes to be seen by Dr Eppley. He is a very understanding and compasionate person, as are all of the staff.

I came in for my flu shot and to ask about the RSV shot. Dr. Eppley advised that I didn't need the shot since I just got the flu shot and had and both pneumonia shots. He checked my ears to ensure no wax buildup and told me to keep exercising and do what I'm doing.

Dr. Eppley never makes you feel rush and always listens to what you have to say.

One thing.. I gave Dr.Eppley a urine sample that he said was for " checking proteins ". When I received my MyChart results I realized it was a drug screen test. No protein test. Weird? You would think I was Hunter Biden.

Everyone is always so friendly and kind at Monroe Medical Center. I've been going to this practice since the early 90's when they were off of Yankee Rd. My only complaint is the young male phlebotomist who has blown my vein twice now. I refuse to see him again. The young lady who drew my blood the last time I was there was terrific!

Great visit

The employees are all wonderful, as always, at Monroe. I do feel like since Premier has taken over it seems to more business like. I prefer the warm family feeling we had before.

It was excellent. I received reminders of the appointment which was very helpful. I did not have to wait long when I arrived and the doctor came into my exam room fairly quickly after the nurse had brought me to the room. The doctor started by asking me if I had any questions, which I did and he answered them to my satisfaction.

Checked his notes on My Chart and they were not good. He did not do what he put in his notes. He did not mention my eyes, weight, etc. as he said in his notes. And more things,.

Dr. Eppley is an awesome Doctor; he has helped me in numerous ways over the years with everything I have asked of him. He has provided letters to my employer about my disabling condition, he has referred me to Specialists that I needed, when another Doctor of mine would not. He has prescribed the necessary prescriptions for me, when another Doctor was on a leave of absence and I couldn't get the medication from that particular Doctor or his staff. God love Dr Eppley - there should be more Doctors like him and there would be a lot more happier patients, like me!
