It wasn't my normal doctor because of scheduling. I couldn't get an appointment without being booked out 3 plus months. Wasn't happy with the care I got. Doctor was focused on other issues not related to what I was there for. Being a patient in that office for 8 years I've never met this particular doctor and I was trying to explain my back medical history and she didn't listen was concerned about things not necessarily related to my visit. Next time I will be booking with the primary doctors of that practice.

This was the first time Dr Mic and I met. I like her very well. Good communication, and of course, knowledgeable.

The trash cans in the parking lot are all overflowing with trash. Trash all over the ground. This was food waste and I also saw empty viles. This is not the first time I've seen this. This is a hospital and operating at this level of filth is terrifying.

I had a good experience but the provider didn't ask me if I had any questions. It was my first time meeting her and she didn't try to get to know me as a patient. We didn't review bloodwork that I had done earlier in the day. I didn't feel like it was a very worthwhile visit.

Having increasingly excellent experiences with the midwives!

I had my first prenatal appointment yesterday after switching OB offices, everyone was so warm and welcoming and the provider listened to my concerns and did everything my old office didn't. She made me feel extremely comfortable and safe. I wish I would have made the switch sooner.

Michele Carlson was thorough, comforting and extremely kind. Out of all practitioners I've worked with through Midwives of Dayton, she's been my favorite.

The receptionist was a bit rude with my fiance when he came in after my appointment started. During my last visit the correct expectations were not set for this appointment regarding how long the appointment may take.

The new parking experience was TERRIBLE... I had to wait in a long line to get into the garage and wait to get out of the garage. The check out process is NOT user friendly and I'm young and up to date on technology.

I have been seeing this provider for years. She is always professional and easy to talk to.

Michele Carlson is the best! Professional, but at the same time makes you feel like a friend. She is an asset to Premier Health!
